Delete account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your data.
What happens when you delete your account
All your workouts and plans will be permanently deleted.
Your statistics history and progress will be lost.
If you have a premium subscription, you will lose all benefits.
Your profile, followers, and personal data will be deleted.
This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account.
Your subscription will not be automatically canceled
Deleting your account does not cancel your premium subscription. You must cancel it manually to avoid future charges.
How to delete your account
From the mobile app (iOS / Android)
- Open the app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to your profile → About → Delete account.
- Confirm deletion. Your data will be permanently removed.
From the web or if you cannot access the app
Email us at hola@eresfitness.com from the address linked to your account. Tell us you want to delete your account and we will help process the request.

If you have an active premium subscription, cancel it to avoid future charges. You can do this before or after deleting your account.
Google Play (Android)
• Open the Google Play app or go to play.google.com • Make sure you are signed in to the correct Google account • Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions • Select EresFitness and tap Cancel subscription
App Store (iOS)
• Open Settings on your iPhone • Tap your name → Subscriptions • Select EresFitness • Tap Cancel subscription
Web (Stripe / RevenueCat)
If you subscribed on eresfitness.com, manage or cancel your subscription from Premium → Settings → Subscription.
