Have you ever thought about how different parts of your body connect when you move? When performing the Pike to Cobra Push-up using just your bodyweight, you dynamically engage essential areas like your chest, triceps, and glutes. Transitioning from a high-hip position into a smooth torso extension activates muscles that you rely on every single day. Strong chest and triceps make it easier to push heavy doors or lift yourself up, while activating your glutes helps stabilize your lower back and posture during walking or climbing stairs. This functional bodyweight exercise builds practical strength and mobility, making your daily physical tasks feel much smoother and more effortless over time.
1. Get into a pike position with your hips elevated and arms extended. 2. Lower, bringing your head towards the floor like an inclined push-up. 3. Move your torso forward and end in a cobra position without collapsing your lower back. 4. Return to pike by pushing from your shoulders and core to repeat.

- Keep your core activated during the transition between pike and cobra. - Do not collapse your lower back in the cobra position. - Control the movement in both directions.
