When you master the cable incline fly, you immediately feel how the stimulation shifts across your chest. Utilizing the cable and machine setup provides continuous tension throughout the entire range of motion, allowing you to sweep your arms out smoothly and focus your power as you bring them together in front of you. A truly solid set comes down to maintaining complete control on the way down, opening up your chest without stressing your shoulders, and locking in a deep contraction at the peak. You will feel a clean, powerful pump that builds total confidence in your form with every repetition.
1. Place an incline bench between two low pulleys. 2. Lie on the bench and grip each stirrup with your hands. 3. Open your arms out to the sides in an arc as you inhale. 4. Close your arms in front of you, contracting your chest as you exhale.

- Maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout the fly. - Open your arms in a wide arc, feeling the pectoral stretch. - Close your arms by contracting your chest, not using momentum.
