Mastering the Decline Push-Up against Wall is all about smart progression if you want to build upper body strength while keeping flawless technique. Since you are relying purely on your bodyweight and a wall for support, the key is to start with your feet set relatively low to let your shoulders and wrists adapt to the angle. As your chest muscles grow stronger and you build the stability needed to stay rigid, you can gradually walk your feet higher up the wall. Moving up step by step ensures you constantly challenge yourself without breaking alignment or letting your lower back sag under the increased angle.
1. Lie face down with hands apart and feet supported against a wall. 2. Lower your chest towards the floor by bending your elbows as you inhale. 3. Push the upper part of your body back to the starting position as you exhale. 4. Keep your elbows locked briefly in the top position.

- Keep your body straight from head to heels. - Lower your chest towards the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body. - Push with your chest and triceps, not by arching your lower back.
