1. Grip some high parallel bars with your hands outside shoulder width. 2. Bend your knees and push your legs backward to incline your torso. 3. Lower your body by bending your elbows and letting them open to the sides. 4. Extend your elbows to return to the starting position, contracting your pectorals.
