Finding the right spot for the Chest Dip (on dip Pull-up cage) in your training plan is crucial for performance and safety. Since this movement leverages your bodyweight, it places intense demands on your chest and triceps. Inserting this exercise near the start of your main strength block works best if you want to push full force while fresh. Alternatively, placing it toward the end of your routine turns it into an outstanding finisher to fully pump the target muscles after heavy presses. Think about your energy levels, place it strategically in your workout, and drive your upper body progress forward safely.
1. Grip the parallel dip bars with straight arms, and jump up to support your body weight, keeping your body straight and core tight. 2. Slowly lower your body by bending your elbows until your shoulders are below your elbows, or until you feel a stretch in your chest. 3. Pause briefly at the bottom of the dip. 4. Press powerfully through your palms to push your body back up to the starting straight-arm position.

- Lean your torso forward slightly to emphasize the chest muscles. - Lower yourself until your shoulders are at or below your elbows for a deep stretch. - Keep your core tight and body stable; don't swing. - Press through the palms of your hands to push yourself up powerfully.
