When setting up for the Assisted Triceps Dip (kneeling), being mindful of your execution helps you bypass the frequent technical mistakes that stall gains. Even though the leverage machine or counterweighted machine provides support, many lifters drop straight down without a forward torso lean or shrug their shoulders into their neck, taking tension away from the chest and stressing the shoulder sockets. By consciously leaning slightly forward and avoiding a harsh lock of the elbows at the top, you shield your joints from discomfort while keeping strict, continuous work on your chest muscles, making every rep count toward building press strength safely.
1. Support your hands on the bar with a wide grip and position yourself kneeling on the platform with your hips slightly bent. 2. Bend your arms, allowing your elbows to open to the sides as you lower your body. 3. Push upward until fully extending your arms after feeling a slight stretch. 4. Repeat the movement the established number of times.

- Keep your elbows close to your body to isolate the triceps. - Avoid sinking your shoulders; keep your chest slightly open. - Control the descent to avoid bouncing on the machine.
