The Cable Standing Chest Press provides a unique feeling of continuous tension through every inch of the movement. Standing upright facing away from the cable machine, you immediately notice how your entire body must lock in to hold your ground as you press forward. You feel your stance stiffen, your chest contract intensely, and your feet plant firmly into the floor. Mastering this level of body control requires managing your breathing and pacing the return phase, ensuring that all the effort stays focused directly where you want it.
1. Stand with your back to two pulleys at shoulder height and grip each stirrup. 2. Bring the stirrups to both sides of your chest. 3. Push the stirrups forward and inward, extending your arms and shoulders as you exhale. 4. Return to the starting position as you inhale.

- Maintain a slight forward lean for greater pectoral activation. - Push the stirrups forward and inward in a converging motion. - Feel the stretch in your chest when returning to the starting position.
