Setting up for the Lever Side Hip Adduction is all about precision and getting isolated tension right where you want it. Working with a lever machine or standard side machine provides built-in stability, letting you zero in on your adductor without worrying about losing your balance. Throughout a successful set, you will feel a firm, deep burn along the inner thigh as you move your leg through its full range of motion. The goal is to control the resistance on both the way up and the way down, maintaining continuous effort. Mastering this movement gives you total trust in your technique, ensuring your lower body stays well-balanced and resilient against imbalances.
1. Lie on your right side with legs extended. 2. Use your right hand or a cushion to support your head. 3. Lift your left leg as high as possible. 4. Lower your leg controllably to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

- Keep the supporting leg stable during the lateral lift. - Lift your leg using your abductors, not body momentum. - Lower controllably, maintaining tension in your hip.
