The Single Straight Leg Stretch is a fantastic bodyweight movement where developing technical confidence makes all the difference in your mobility. When targeting your hamstrings, a successful set should never feel sharp or forced; instead, you want to experience a smooth, deep, and satisfying tension right along the back of your thigh. Focus on keeping your alignment clean while using your breath to settle into the movement without rushing. As you master this control, you will notice how your lower body opens up with newfound freedom and ease. That sweet spot where tension meets total control is the exact sign of a high-quality set that rewards you with better flexibility and body awareness.
1. Lie on your back with your right leg extended straight up towards the ceiling, holding your right calf with both hands. 2. Gently pull your right leg towards your chest while keeping it as straight as possible, feeling a stretch in your hamstring. 3. Pause at the peak of the stretch. 4. Lower your right leg slightly and repeat on the opposite side.

- Keep your leg as straight as possible to maximize hamstring stretch. - Gently pull the leg towards you until you feel a stretch, but don't force it. - Keep your hips square to the floor. - Alternate legs in a slow and controlled manner.
