When you master the Cable Alternate Triceps Extension, your mind-muscle connection reaches a whole new level. Utilizing a cable pulley on this machine allows you to isolate each arm independently, correcting strength imbalances while directing pure tension straight into your triceps. You can feel how the constant resistance demands total precision from the start of the movement down to the final squeeze. A truly great set is not about rushing the weight, but rather feeling that controlled burn while keeping your elbow pinned and extending smoothly. Finishing your reps with clean form gives you complete confidence in your movement quality.
1. Place a cable pulley in the highest position and attach a stirrup handle. 2. Stand facing the pulley and grip the handle with an underhand grip, back straight, knees slightly bent. 3. Push your arm downward until it is fully extended, contracting your triceps. 4. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.

- Keep your elbows tucked close to your sides during the extension to isolate the triceps. - Control the cable's return to the starting position, resisting the force. - Avoid swinging your body or using momentum to push downward.
