How to do it
1. Lie on your back on a flat bench, holding a bar with palms facing forward. 2. Lower the bar by bending your elbows until your forearms are perpendicular to the floor. 3. Push the bar upward by extending your lower arms. 4. Contract your triceps forcefully in the top position.

- Keep your upper arms perpendicular to the floor throughout the movement. - Lower the bar controllably towards your forehead, not your chest. - Extend your arms using triceps strength, not chest strength.
