The Pike Push-up delivers a unique pressing feel that turns basic bodyweight training into a serious test of body control. As you lift your hips into an inverted position, you will immediately feel the shift in balance and weight distribution. Lowering your head diagonally towards the ground creates intense tension, forcing your shoulders to drive the movement while your chest and triceps support the push. Maintaining this strict posture requires solid core engagement so you do not collapse at the bottom. You feel completely in tune with your posture, mastering balance and pushing power with every precise repetition you complete.
1. Get into a pike position by elevating your hips and forming an inverted "V". 2. Bend your elbows, bringing your head towards the floor, keeping your shoulders active. 3. Pause for a moment at the bottom without losing alignment. 4. Push forcefully to return to the starting position, maintaining torso control.

- Keep your hips elevated during the entire movement. - Lower your head towards the floor in a controlled manner. - Do not allow your shoulders to shrug towards your ears.
