Adding the lever seated leg press to your lower body workout is a game-changer if you are looking to build power and muscle density. By locking into this lever machine, you remove lower back stress, allowing you to direct raw intensity straight into your quadriceps and glutes. Within a few weeks of consistent work, you will notice firmer legs, increased mass, and significantly better driving force for your squats or day-to-day activities. It gives you the confidence to push challenging loads safely, making it an essential option for hitting deep muscle activation without risking spine fatigue.
1. Sit on the leg press machine with your feet placed shoulder-width apart on the footplate, knees bent, and holding the handles for support. 2. Push through your heels to extend your legs, moving the footplate away from you until your legs are straight. 3. Pause at the top of the movement, without locking your knees. 4. Slowly lower the footplate back to the starting position by bending your knees.

- Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and flat on the platform. - Do not lock your knees at the top of the movement. - Lower the weight slowly and with control to protect your knees. - Press through your heels to engage the glutes and hamstrings.
