Rolling out your body from a fully standing position using only your feet for support requires complete confidence in your physical preparation. The standing wheel rollout represents one of the ultimate tests for your abdomen, where mastering execution is the difference between a failed rep and a flawless set. When you stretch your torso out far using just your bodyweight and pull back under full control, you feel incredible tension and unshakable stability through your core. Completing a clean set gives you massive pride, knowing your core handled an extreme biomechanical lever without letting your lower back sag or compromising your form.
1. Stand holding an ab wheel with your hands. 2. Bend your hips and lower the wheel in front of your feet. 3. Slide the wheel forward as much as possible without arching your lower back. 4. Pull the wheel backward to return to the starting position.

- Keep your core extremely active to prevent your back from arching. - Slide the wheel only as far as you can maintain correct form. - Pull with your abs to return, not with your lower back.
