1. Lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle, feet lifted off the floor, and hands placed lightly behind your head. 2. Curl your upper body up and bring your right elbow towards your left knee, while simultaneously pulling your left knee towards your chest. 3. Pause at the peak of the crunch, feeling a contraction in your obliques. 4. Slowly lower your upper body and left leg back to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.



- Focus on bringing your elbow to your knee, not just moving your limbs. - Squeeze your obliques at the peak of the crunch. - Keep your lower back pressed firmly into the floor. - Alternate sides in a controlled, rhythmic motion.
