Dumbbell Incline Biceps Curl

How to do it
1. Sit on an incline bench set to a 45-degree angle, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended straight down and palms facing forward. 2. Keeping your elbows stationary, curl both dumbbells upward towards your shoulders. 3. Pause at the top of the movement, squeezing your biceps. 4. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

Tips
- Keep your shoulders pinned back and down to isolate the biceps. - Squeeze your biceps hard at the top of the movement. - Do not swing the dumbbells; keep the movement slow and controlled. - Fully extend your arms at the bottom to get a complete stretch in the biceps.
