Muscles involved
How to do it
1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), arms extended down. 2. Curl both kettlebells upward towards your shoulders by flexing your biceps, keeping your elbows fixed. 3. Pause at the top, squeezing your biceps for a peak contraction. 4. Slowly lower the kettlebells back to the starting extended position.

Tips
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides to isolate the biceps. - Squeeze the kettlebells hard at the top of the curl. - Control the descent, lowering the kettlebells slowly. - Keep your core tight to prevent momentum from swinging the weight.
