Few movements offer such a direct, focused sensation as the lever seated leg curl performed on a machine. Sitting firmly back against the seat on this specialized lever machine, you feel the entire effort channeled exclusively into your hamstrings. The core of this exercise lies in how you control your body throughout the range: you sense tension building during the contraction and must actively resist the machine on the slow return. By removing the need to balance your torso, you can completely dial in on the muscle connection, feeling a deep stretch and tight squeeze on every repetition.
1. Sit on the leg curl machine with your back supported against the backrest. 2. Place your calves on the lever and the pad on your thighs. 3. Exhale and bend your knees, pulling the lever towards your glutes. 4. Return in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat.

- Keep your back firmly supported against the backrest. - Contract your hamstrings at the end of the movement. - Control the return to avoid dropping the weight.
