How to do it

1. Grip the bar with an overhand grip wider than your shoulders and let your body hang with your arms extended. 2. Keep your body straight and contract your lats to lift yourself as much as possible while lowering your elbows. 3. Lower slowly until fully extending your arms. 4. Repeat the movement for the required number of repetitions.

Tips

- Initiate the movement by contracting your lats, not your arms. - Keep your legs stable to avoid swinging. - Lower completely to take advantage of the range of motion.
