Experience total control over your posture as you perform the barbell bent over row. This exercise requires you to hinge forward while keeping your back completely flat and almost parallel to the ground, feeling your entire posterior chain work together to keep you stable. As you pull the barbell up with your elbows close to your body, you will feel your back muscles contract intensely with every pull. The key lies in controlling the weight on the way down rather than letting momentum take over your workout. It creates a continuous connection between your breathing and physical effort, teaching you to stabilize your core while moving the load strictly with your upper back strength. You will feel a clean, deep, and incredibly satisfying tension throughout every well-executed set.
1. Stand with feet apart, holding a bar with a pronated grip. 2. Lean forward, keeping your back straight, almost parallel to the floor. 3. Pull the bar towards your torso, keeping your elbows close to your body as you exhale. 4. Lower the bar controllably to the starting position as you inhale.

- Keep your torso parallel to the floor throughout the row. - Pull the bar towards your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades. - Avoid using momentum; the movement should be controlled by your back.
