How to do it
1. Lie face down on an inclined bench with your legs extended and feet supported. 2. Grip a bar with a reverse grip at shoulder width and elevate it slightly off the floor. 3. Pull the bar towards your chest, contracting your back muscles. 4. Hold the contraction for a moment and return in a controlled manner to the starting position.

Tips
- Keep your chest in contact with the bench during the entire movement to isolate your back. - Pull with your elbows, imagining you want to touch the ceiling with them. - Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
