Male
Band Two Legs Calf Raise (Band under both legs)
Muscles involved
How to do it
1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, place the center of a resistance band under the balls of both feet, and hold the handles at shoulder height for balance. 2. Keeping your core engaged and your legs straight, slowly raise both heels as high as possible by pressing through the balls of your feet. 3. Pause at the top of the movement for a second, squeezing your calf muscles for a peak contraction. 4. Slowly and with control, lower your heels back down to the floor to complete the rep.

Tips
- Use a slow, controlled tempo; avoid bouncing at the bottom of the movement. - Drive through the balls of your feet, specifically your big toe, to maximize calf engagement. - Pause for 1-2 seconds at the top of the raise to achieve a peak contraction before lowering. - Keep your legs straight but not locked out to maintain constant tension on the calves.
