Circles Knee Stretch

How to do it

1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you, hands placed behind your hips for support. 2. Bend your right knee and pull it towards your chest, then slowly draw a large circle in the air with your right knee. 3. Continue the circular motion, moving through a comfortable range of motion. 4. Complete the full circle and return your right foot to the floor, then repeat on the opposite side.

Tips

- Move through a full range of motion, making the largest comfortable circle you can. - Engage your core to stabilize your hips as you move your leg. - Move slowly and with control to maximize the stretch on the muscles around the hip. - Breathe steadily, exhaling as you move through the more difficult parts of the circle.
