After pressing heavy weights and demanding a lot from your arms, give your triceps some well-deserved relief with a proper triceps stretch. Using nothing more than your own bodyweight, this exercise fits seamlessly into the cool-down phase at the very end of your training session. Holding this position helps release all the built-up tension in the back of your arms, promoting joint mobility and aiding in muscle recovery. Take your time, breathe deeply, and allow your muscles to lengthen after a tough workout so you leave the gym feeling restored and ready for your next session.
1. Stand with your shoulders relaxed down and back. 2. Extend one arm towards the ceiling and bend your elbow to bring your palm to your back. 3. With the other hand, gently push your elbow downward and towards the center. 4. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat with the other arm.

- Do not force the stretch beyond what is comfortable; there should be tension, not pain. - Keep your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears. - Breathe deeply and relaxed during the 30 seconds of holding.
