When performing the suspender rear lunge using your TRX suspension, it is very easy to lose your balance if you do not pay close attention to form. The most frequent mistake here is letting momentum dictate the movement, causing your torso to collapse forward and stealing tension from your quadriceps. By keeping your core engaged and your front foot planted, you prevent this error while ensuring your adductors get the engagement they need to stabilize your hips. Another common slip-up is shying away from proper depth because of instability; take your time down and focus on control. Master this alignment, and you will get the absolute most out of every single repetition.
1. Stand with your back to a fixed rope with one foot attached to the stirrup. 2. Adopt a staggered stance with the free leg bent. 3. Bend the knee of the suspended leg until your thigh is parallel to the floor. 4. Extend your leg to return to the starting position.

- Keep the supporting leg firm during the lunge. - Lower controllably as far as your mobility allows. - Push with the front leg to return to the starting position.
