When you perform the EZ barbell decline triceps extension, gravity becomes your best ally for stretching muscle fibers, but it can also be a trap if you drop your focus. By paying close attention to your form on the decline bench, you will avoid common mistakes like flaring your elbows out or swinging your shoulders to gain momentum. Keeping your upper arms locked in position while extending the EZ bar ensures that the entire workload falls strictly on your triceps. Taking the time to control every inch of the path protects your elbows from unnecessary stress and delivers maximum tension where it counts.
1. Lie on a decline bench with your head downward and torso elevated. 2. Grip an EZ bar with your hands at the height of your face, elbows bent. 3. Extend your elbows, elevating the bar above your head. 4. Bend your elbows to return to the starting position and repeat.

- Keep your elbows pointing towards the ceiling and as close to your head as possible. - Do not let the bar move backward beyond the line of your head. - Control the descent to avoid hitting yourself with the bar.
