Adding the EZ barbell incline triceps extension to your weekly routine will yield visible improvements in both the size and pushing power of your arms. Leveraging the incline angle along with the ergonomic grip of the EZ bar places your triceps under a unique, deep stretch that is hard to replicate on a flat bench. The main benefit you will notice over time is a significantly fuller appearance in the back of your arms and increased lock-out strength for heavy pressing movements. It maximizes mechanical tension on the muscle belly while keeping your wrists and elbows comfortably aligned throughout.
1. Lie on an incline bench, holding an EZ bar with a pronated grip. 2. Extend your arms overhead with your elbows inward. 3. Lower the bar in a semicircular motion behind your head. 4. Extend your arms, returning to the starting position as you exhale.

- Keep your elbows pointing forward throughout the extension. - Lower the bar behind your head controllably. - Extend your arms completely, contracting your triceps.
