1. Sit at the end of a bench with your feet on the floor and grip an EZ bar with your hands about 4 inches apart. 2. Place the bar above your head with your elbows pointing forward and slightly inward. 3. Lower the bar behind your head in a semicircular motion until your forearms touch your biceps. 4. Extend your elbows, contracting your triceps to return to the starting position and repeat.




- Keep your elbows always pointing forward to better isolate the triceps. - Avoid arching your back during the movement to protect your lower back. - Control the eccentric phase (lowering) to maximize strength gains.
