If you want to give a real boost to the size and firmness of the back of your arms, the lever seated dip is a key addition to your training program. Working on this leverage machine allows you to isolate the effort in a very safe environment as you push the resistance downward, achieving a deep pump in your triceps alongside a strong secondary activation in your chest and shoulders. The main advantage over traditional bodyweight dips is that you can focus entirely on feeling every single contraction without worrying about losing your balance. Over time, you will notice much more defined arms, greater pushing power across your upper body workouts, and impressive joint stability that helps you progress in heavier compound lifts.
1. Sit on the dip machine with your back straight, legs apart, and arms straight holding the bars. 2. Bend your elbows and lower your body in a controlled manner, keeping your torso upright. 3. Descend as far as your mobility allows, feeling the stretch in your chest and triceps. 4. Extend your arms to return to the starting position, contracting your triceps at the top.

- Lower in a controlled manner to avoid overloading the shoulder joint. - Keep your core activated during the entire movement. - Fully extend your elbows at the top for maximum contraction.
