When you sit down to perform the Cable Seated High Row V bar, everything revolves around the constant tension provided by the machine and cable. Feel your back fully stretch at the starting position while keeping your torso solid and locked in place. As you pull the V-bar in toward your chest, notice the deep contraction working right through your back as you keep your posture tall and controlled. Maintaining a steady body alignment allows you to channel every ounce of force directly into the target muscles. It is a smooth motion that challenges you to focus on the full range of motion.
1. Sit on the bench with knees bent and back straight. 2. Take the V-grip ropes and extend your arms forward. 3. Pull the ropes back until your torso forms a 90-degree angle, with your back arched and chest forward. 4. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

- Keep your back straight and chest forward during the pull. - Pull the bar towards your sternum, squeezing your shoulder blades. - Control the return to the starting position to maintain tension in your back.
