Adding the Lever Front Pulldown to your regular training routine is a great step if you want to build noticeable upper body width and strength. Using this leverage machine allows you to guide the movement along a fixed path, which lets you train your back with higher intensity while maintaining complete joint safety. As you incorporate this exercise consistently, you will notice improvements in your posture, back density, and pulling power during other heavy movements. Over time, focusing on quality contractions on this machine will reward you with a broader, more defined back and a balanced upper body physique that translates directly into better performance.
1. Sit on the front pulldown machine with your back straight and grip the handles with your palms facing forward. 2. Exhale and pull the lever down by bending your elbows and contracting your lats until it reaches your chest. 3. Hold the position for a moment with your lats contracted, without swinging your torso. 4. Inhale and return in a controlled manner to the starting position, without abruptly releasing the weight.
