Locking in your form for the EZ-bar reverse grip bent over row brings a tremendous sense of confidence to your pull workouts. The ergonomic bend of the EZ bar provides a comfortable grip that lets you target your espalda with maximum intensity without straining your wrists. When you hit a solid set, everything clicks: your torso stays stable in a strong hinge, and every pull brings the bar smoothly towards your midsection. You will feel a powerful contraction in your back muscles at the peak of the movement, followed by a controlled lower. That sweet spot of heavy resistance, flawless control, and total muscular engagement is what makes a great set feel so rewarding.
1. Position yourself in front of an EZ bar with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Squat down and grip the bar with a reverse grip, keeping your back straight. 3. Lift the bar against your waist and let it lower below your knees. 4. Pull the bar upward until it is below your chest and return in a controlled manner to the starting position.

- Keep your back straight during the entire movement. - Pull the bar towards your abdomen, not your chest. - Keep your elbows close to your body.
