Mastering the Lever Narrow Grip Seated Row is all about steady progression without compromising your execution. Using a leverage machine or row machine gives you a stable setup to build real back strength safely. Begin with a lighter weight that allows you to drive your elbow straight back while keeping your chest pinned against the pad. As your control improves, you can progressively overload this exercise, ensuring every repetition remains crisp and fully focused on your back. Increasing the load gradually on this machine will keep your joints comfortable while driving consistent progress over time.
1. Sit on the rowing machine with your torso resting on the backrest. 2. Grip the levers and pull one backward, bringing your elbow and shoulder in that direction. 3. Hold the contraction for a moment in the most retracted position. 4. Return in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.

- Keep your torso stable during the entire movement. - Focus on contracting your back, not your arms. - Pull with your elbow, not with your wrist.
