The Lever Row plate loaded is an outstanding movement for building a truly athletic and stable upper body. Training on this chest-supported machine allows you to isolate your back muscles while building incredible scapular control and posture stability. The strength you gain from this stable setup directly transfers to athletic performance, enhancing your power output in rowing, sprinting, and contact sports. By solidifying your upper back, you build a rigid protective armor for your spine and improve your overall torso integrity. You will notice how a strong back keeps you balanced, upright, and resistant to fatigue both in demanding sports and in heavy training routines.
1. Sit in the machine with your chest supported on the pad and back straight. 2. Take the levers with an overhand neutral grip. 3. Pull the levers back until your elbows are behind your back, squeezing your shoulder blades as you exhale. 4. Return to the starting position by extending your arms as you inhale.

- Keep your chest supported on the pad to isolate the back work. - Pull with your elbows, bringing them behind your body for a complete contraction. - Squeeze your shoulder blades at the final position of the movement.
