1. Sit on the vertical row machine and grip a handle with one hand, keeping your feet flat on the floor. 2. Pull the handle towards your side by contracting your back and lat muscles, keeping your torso stable. 3. Hold the contraction for a moment in the position closest to your body. 4. Return in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.














- Keep your torso stable during the unilateral row. - Pull the handle by contracting your lats, not using momentum. - Control the return to the starting position, maintaining tension.
