Feel the precise activation offered by the Cable Rear Drive as you connect core stability with upper body strength. By using the machine and its pulley setup, you experience a constant tension that free weights simply cannot match. The main focus here is sensing how your body demands a firm stance while pulling backward without swaying or losing balance. You will feel your triceps and shoulders engaging deeply throughout every single repetition. It is all about total control over the line of tension, deliberately resisting the return of the cable to keep your muscles working nonstop.
1. Stand with your back to a pulley with the cable passing between your legs. 2. Grip the handle with the hand opposite to the side where you are standing. 3. Pull your elbow backward in the direction opposite to the pulley. 4. Extend your arm forward in a controlled manner and repeat before changing sides.

- Keep your torso stable, avoiding rotation during the pull. - Focus on bringing your elbow as far back as possible, contracting your back. - Use a weight that allows you to complete the range of motion without compromising form.
