To get the most out of the EZ Barbell Reverse Grip Curl, pay close attention to your posture so you avoid the common mistake of swinging your torso for momentum. When working with the EZ barbell, keep your elbows locked by your sides; flaring them outward takes tension away from your forearms, brachialis, and biceps. Another frequent error is dropping the weight rapidly on the way down or bending your wrists excessively. Staying focused on a slow, controlled negative will keep your joints safe while maximizing engagement throughout your forearms and biceps on every repetition.
1. Stand with your torso straight, holding an EZ bar at shoulder height, elbows close to your body. 2. Keep the upper part of your arms still and bend your elbows, contracting your biceps to lift the bar. 3. Bring the bar until your biceps are fully contracted and the bar is at shoulder height. 4. Lower the bar in a controlled manner to the starting position, coordinating the movement with your breathing.

- Keep your elbows close to your sides during the entire curl. - Use a pronated grip to work the forearm and brachioradialis. - Control the descent, fully stretching your arms.
