1. Grip a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and hang with arms fully extended. 2. Pull your body up by driving your elbows down and back, leading with your chest towards the bar. 3. Pause at the top when your chin is above the bar, squeezing your lats. 4. Slowly lower your body back to the starting hanging position.






- Keep your shoulders pulled down and back before you start. - Drive your elbows down to initiate the pull, not your hands. - Squeeze your lats at the top of the movement. - Lower yourself with control, resisting the pull of gravity.
