How to do it
1. Stand holding a bar with a shoulder-width grip, arms hanging in front of your thighs. 2. Lift the bar directly in front of you, keeping your elbows extended. 3. Raise until the bar is just above shoulder height. 4. Slowly lower to the starting position.
