How to do it

1. Grip a bar with your arms at each side and lift it by pushing with your legs. 2. Take a step forward with your right leg and lower your hips, keeping your torso upright. 3. Push with the heel of your foot to return to the starting position. 4. Repeat the movement with your left leg.

Tips

- Keep your torso upright throughout the lunge. - Take a step wide enough so that both knees form 90 degrees. - Push with the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
