Barbell Narrow Stance Squat

How to do it

1. Place a bar on a rack at chest height and pass a resistance band over your knees. 2. Rest the bar on the back of your shoulders and grip it with both hands. 3. Lower into a squat, pushing your knees outward against the band as you inhale. 4. Push upward, driving through your heels as you exhale.

Tips

- Use the resistance band to keep your knees aligned during the squat. - Lower controllably, pushing your knees against the band. - Push with your heels, driving your knees against the band.
