The Lever Hip Thrust transforms how you feel hip extension by removing the balance hassles of setup with a free barbell. Positioning yourself into this lever machine lets you immediately sense how evenly the load is distributed, allowing you to focus entirely on controlling your body. Throughout the movement, you experience a powerful peak contraction at the top, where holding the lock for a second fully engages your glutes and hamstrings. True control comes alive during the negative phase: as you slowly lower under the resistance of the machine, you keep your pelvis stable and your spine fully supported. Feeling yourself dominate every inch of the path gives you total confidence to push heavy weight safely while enjoying an uncompromised mind-muscle connection.
1. Position yourself under the lever machine with your back supported against the backrest. 2. Push the platform by elevating your hips until your knees and torso are aligned. 3. Hold the contraction for one second at the top. 4. Descend with control, allowing the load to lower slowly.

- Adjust the machine so the pad is over your hips. - Push with your heels to elevate your hips. - Contract your glutes forcefully at the top.
