1. Stand with your legs slightly bent, lean your torso forward, and reach your hands down to touch your toes. 2. Exhale as you walk your hands forward until your arms are fully extended in front of your body, almost in a push-up position. 3. Without moving your hands from the ground, walk your feet back to the starting position. 4. Repeat this movement 6 to 8 times.





















- Keep your core engaged to prevent your hips from dropping when you extend your arms. - Move forward with short, controlled steps, using your hands and feet to improve your stability. - Breathe steadily to avoid straining your neck and lower back.
