Mastering the Lever Seated Shoulder Press is the key to pushing your limits with total confidence. By sitting at this lever machine, you eliminate the demand to balance free weights, letting you focus all your effort solely on targeting your shoulders. A great set feels smooth and powerful from the very first rep: you push the handles upward along a fixed plane, feeling a deep muscle contraction without losing control at any point. As you lower the weight back down with intention, you maintain constant tension and a firm posture against the seat back. That feeling of technical precision gives you the trust you need to progressively overload, achieving a solid shoulder pump while knowing every movement is aligned and secure.
1. Sit in a military press machine with feet apart. 2. Grip the bar at shoulder height with arms bent. 3. Press the bar upward until fully extending your arms. 4. Lower the bar controllably to the starting position.

- Adjust the seat to a height that allows your elbows to be at 90 degrees. - Press the bar overhead without arching your lower back. - Lower controllably until your elbows form 90 degrees.
