If you want to experience targeted work in your lower body, the resistance band one leg glute bridge provides an amazing lesson in solid technique. Position the resistance band across your thighs, plant one foot firmly on the ground, and drive through your heel to lift your hips. By training one side at a time, you instantly feel how your glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings coordinate to maintain complete pelvic stability. A well-executed set feels intensely focused; that brief pause at the top assures you that your body is in perfect alignment while the band tension keeps the target muscles burning safely.
1. Lie with a band around your thighs and one leg extended. 2. Elevate your hip, supporting yourself only on one foot, keeping the band under tension. 3. Hold for one second at the top, squeezing your glute. 4. Lower with control and repeat before changing legs.

- Keep the band under tension throughout the movement. - Elevate your hip until your knee, hip, and shoulder are aligned. - Squeeze the glute of the supporting leg at the top.
