If you spend hours sitting or slouching over a desk, the Cable Standing Rear Delt Row with rope is essential for your training. By leveraging a cable machine equipped with a rope attachment on the pulley, this movement directly targets the back area of your shoulders. You wake up overlooked muscles that support posture and upper body alignment in your daily life. Pulling towards your upper body with open elbows trains shoulder stability and reduces strain from daily sitting. Adding this exercise ensures better shoulder strength, making carrying everyday items and maintaining an upright posture effortless and natural.
1. Connect a double-grip rope to a pulley at chest height and stand a few meters away. 2. Grip the rope handles and pull it towards the middle of your chest while opening your elbows out to the sides. 3. Exhale while pulling the handles outward, contracting your rear deltoids. 4. Extend your arms, slowly stretching them forward while inhaling, and repeat.

- Focus the movement on bringing your elbows back, not your hands. - Maintain a slight bend in your knees to improve stability. - Exhale completely when contracting your rear deltoids.
