1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with palms facing each other, elbows pointed forward. 2. Keeping your torso upright and core engaged, lower your hips back and down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. 3. Pause at the bottom of the squat. 4. Press through your heels to return to the starting standing position.






- Keep your elbows pointed forward and high to maintain a tall chest. - Lower your hips back and down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. - Drive through your heels to stand up, keeping your weight centered. - Maintain core engagement to prevent your torso from leaning forward.
