1. Get into a staggered stance with one leg extended backward, supported on the toe, and the other forward with the knee bent. 2. Hold a weight in each hand with your arms hanging at your sides. 3. Descend by bending the knee and hip, keeping your back straight and the front knee aligned. 4. Push with the front leg to return to the starting position and repeat before changing legs.











- Keep the front knee aligned with the second toe. - Your torso should remain upright during the entire movement. - Lower as far as your flexibility allows while maintaining correct form.
