1. Stand on one leg with the other extended forward. 2. Extend your arms forward to maintain balance. 3. Descend by bending the supporting knee as far as your mobility allows. 4. Rise to the starting position and repeat before changing legs.











- If you cannot lower much, place a support under your hip to limit the range of motion. - Extend your arms forward to counterbalance the weight of the extended leg and maintain balance. - Keep the heel of the supporting leg firmly planted on the floor.
